An independent test of AI receptionists for home-service businesses. The same scripted calls (burst pipe at night, gas smell, out-of-area job, and more) go to every vendor and get scored on a public rubric. Mystery-shopper calls, recorded with an announcement, vendors notified before publishing. Results publish Wed Oct 28, 2026.
